Many of my new recruits are getting the same error message, and it seems to reset the radio everytime the glitch HUD comes up with the "Waiting for unique radio from server" for 0.1 seconds.

I'm having a similar issue. Nothing else has been updated recently except for ACE so I suspect that might be the culprit.

Confirmed issue with ace, I tried downgrading to 3.13.2 version and now the issue is gone.

same problem but only for clients. the server does not get this message.
also this error leads to glitchy behavior. For example the flashlight is turned off when message appears

Nevermind, dropping the radio & picking it back up fixes it.

For the record we've been getting the same issue both with and without ACE installed... when we run our session tonight I'll test out the solution and see if it fixes it

Yes it in fact did fix our issues. Of course, everytime a new radio is grabbed from the arsenal (whether it be Ace or Virtual), it needs to be dropped and picked up again, but that is a small price to pay for being able to do radio comms while carrying a backpack capable of holding more than 16 pounds of equipment.

This error is generally caused by TFAR scripts not running on the server.
Either the mod is not loaded at all. Or you are loading some other broken mod, that breaks the script initialization (Voyager Compass is famous for this, but there are others too)
