I agree, Red is more recognisable as health.

red is more identifiable as health, but green also suits it.

Green should stay , beacause the healthbar automaticly changes to red like every other bar when it´s gone below 25%. If the healthbar would be red then there wouldn´t be any difference to tell you if your current health is OK or critical

Yeah, I like what you say leddrago, green would be a good color, but I also feel that people would get slightly confused and if they are in a tough situation and they glance at their health, they might forget what bar it was, and would probably die. At least it seems that'd happen to me.

@Mineshadow2 didn't know about that, but he could maybe make it a different red - actually i think you usually watch your stats, so you know when you're gonna be low on anything long before it acutally happens, and red for health is just more recognizable than green imo

Perhaps the settings could be customizable? So you could choose what colour each is. Not sure if that is possible, but it could be cool.

actually, i think i found something... in the games folder (...SpaceEngineers/Content/Data/Hud) open the Default.sbc with notepad/editor/etc, then search HEALTH (Strg+F), somewhere under there is "<SimpleStyle>", pretty sure the XYZ values under there are the RGB values... would have to test it tho, and its possible that those are just the default values so with the mod installed it wouldnt work anyway.

No, I think it's a perfect colour right now. There are enough red bars down there imo. But it did cross my mind when I first saw the screenshot.
