if you are playing greed mode and you spawn with a modded item, the shop wont restock

Playing on osx: if an Eden run starts with what I assume is a modded item it crashes the game instantly. Attempting to reload into the run will do the same thing. If I then disable the mod I can continue the run but the items will be from the base game. Other mods I have active are: all 3 alphabirth packs, external item descriptions with the alphabirth item descriptions mod, Never Breakfast!, No Pop-Up Animations, and Hush Now Drops Eden's Blessing.

last time i tried this, playing as eden is incredibly laggy with this mod installed
