Outfit stops working on jump/crouch

So... When I jump or crouch, 90% of the time the model just vanishes. If I ragdoll myself or die, the model is also no longer there... Oddly, the kick mod I have shows the Outfit I'm wearing, but cameras, thirdperson and dead body show the real model and not the outfit.

No idea what the heck is going on.
