Playermodel 'stuttering'

After dying after equipping a PM, my model starts glitching out and stuttering repeatedly between my outfitter model and my actual playermodel. why, and how to fix?

Singleplayer? Listen server or not?
Multiplayer? Which server?
Which playermodel?
Run outfitter_dbg 10 give debug info
