outfitter broken

I do not see the icon of this addon, which is why I can not use it, so I do not see how it is used by others.

Loaded a model, now the whole addon doesn't work

I loaded workshop model ID 127781005 once and now:
-No matter what model I choose, I show as default, despite showing as the model I chose to other players
-Other players show as default to me
I reloadedmy game twice and still the issue persists. What's going on, how do I fix it, has anyone else experienced this issue, and is this mod even still alive?
