Could it be that I somehow disabled it using the console or something like that? For others use it on a public server, but I do not see it at all. When I play alone or on a server with this add-on, the result is always the same, it does not work for me at all, unlike others.

Can it be incompatible with some Addons, because of what it does not work or the reason is different?

P. s. it is always loaded and turned on, so it is not a matter of my inattention... perhaps.
