People can see my playermodel but not me

Trying to Integrate Outfitter with TTT (Disguiser Change Playermodel)

I do not see the icon of this addon, which is why I can not use it, so I do not see how it is used by others.

Loaded a model, now the whole addon doesn't work

outfitter broken

when i use my model its just invisible or a error and its icon is just a missing texture i mean whenever im in it my saved ones are missing textures
