Invisible playermodels

So i'm asking to you guys, sometimes i see myself invisible and others player too (on my P2P server) idk how it happens and when but do you have any ideas waht is causing this and how can i fix it ? Also i'm playing with others addons but none of them should cause problems with outfitter
