Viet Cong sound German?

I noticed that apparently the viet cong are supposed to have their own voices which was given to them in a previous 2017 update, however I can only hear them speaking german. Is this a bug? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?

known issue, it has been a temp fix to get artillery (RADIO+NPC) working.
