Crashing when trying to tame elemental equus

everytime i try to tame a high lvl on my on personal server, not a single server just dedicated, have dino levels max to 600 so equus levels up to 600 so may take more then one carrot it is giving me a hugh error and crashing me every time. Anyone one else having this?

yep we have the same issue on our Nitrado Server. hope for a fix :s
and the same problem is with the Prime Equus.
but if we tame a Prime Equus with the insta tame thing it works fine
