There is a way to make the Bionic Gigas more common to spawn from Boss ones. (BionicGigaOnDeathSpawnChance=X)
Could you developers do that also with Spectrals and Immortals?
Something like Spectral_RexOnDeathSpawnChance=X.
That would be really cool!

there is, in the gamesettings files there is spawn chances for everything else and then a separate one for bionic gigas
