Interesting Mod
So far, this mod has shown to be very interesting and brings its own challenges. My wife and I like the challenges but then we also like options to meet those challenges. The recent change to the dino teir knock out is a good idea. However, preventing the use of other tranq options is NOT a good idea. Using a dino to knock out another creature is fun but we also enjoy the near death experience of running around and shooting. We believe that many game play options were removed by creating a strict dino knock out teir set. Please keep the dino knock out teir idea but also bring back the tranq arrow/dart option for all teirs.

The taming meat specific for teirs is nice too. However, website was not been updated so a lot of time and fails were invovled. Please update the wedsite. Keep up the good work.

Also, today just before posting this comment, I saw a wild Alpha Giga SPAWN above my wife's head and land on her while she was in the inventory of a knocked out anky. Needless to say, but will anyway; she, the anky, and her Alpha ptera died.

Eternal is the only dino mod on this server. The server is private with password to join and different password to be admin. My wife and I are the only people that knows these passwords and play on the server. I have no logs, trends or indication that anyone else was able to get on our server and spawn a giga above a character so this has to be a spawn mechanic enbedded in Eternal Mod. Please look at the mods capability to the spawn distances from players since my servers ini is set for Ark's default dino spawn mechanics (distance from players, distance from structures, etc).

Thank you for enjoying the mod. Firstly, weapons and tranq are from a separate buff applied then the tiers of dinos. You can adjust the amounts they give at will in your ini. As for the spawning giga, There's one of two things that happened. Either the map naturally spawned one in (its finiky sometimes), or it was from a corpse being eaten that produced a random area giga spawn. This is intended and a new mechanic we use to spawn in new tiers of dinos. Be careful of what you kill, you might even spawn a boss in close by you :)

Yeah, today, had a couple of DodoRexs spawn in close. A fun ride indeed (and more XP - LOL). I know that the ini has change possibilities and thank you for them. I did leave them default to play as intended. Not clear of what the point is to make Eternal tranq ammo no longer apply torpor to Alpha and Prime Allos or Pteras. As per update - May 14th - Alpha and Prime Allos and Pteras are immune to torpor buffs from Eternal Tranq ammo. This is preventing use of tranq ammo on certain dinos vs being a seperate buff applied from tiers of dinos. Doing this takes away options from the game. Makes it more linear. Again, I do like the addition of the knock out dinos and even adding a progression through the tiers by assigning what dinos can knock out certain dinos; but not sold on the subtraction of optional methods (dinos immune to tranq arrows / darts). Just my two-cents. Still going to play out the rest of all your hard work. Great job.

TIered elemental system is designed to gently force people to actually use progression to make it thru the mod instead of getting an elemental poison tapejara etc and being able to tame everything with it.
Tranq options can be readded up to Prime which had torpor regen that was too fast for tranqs to be effective on default settings anyway. and Who Knows we MAY add more powerful tranq ammo down the line or tier it as well so you can only use certain tranqs on certain higher tiers. its still very much a work in progress which is why there is only two test cases per tier atm one land and one flyer.
