my question is: Eternal modifies Dinos level.... do it modifies players level too, if yes How???

MY MAP IS RAGNAROK and for to be level 100 i need more than a million XP i see in the link that you gave me that you only need 265000 for to go from level 199 to 200 , Is that normal???

for the level of the dinosaurs you have to change the DifficultyOffset or OverrideOfficialDifficulty, I change the two personally.

not the level of the player has no influence on that of the dinosaurs.

for the experience, the person has to set a certain amount of experience to go faster but you can also just change the XPMultiplier = on your server to pass your level faster

With Eternal the DINOS goes to level 600 in the wild - so no need to change the Dinos....
My question is only with the PLAYERS
i dont want to level fast, i just want to CONTINUE to level until level 200 or something like that ...

You will have to add custom levels yourself in the ini file.
