It has been many years since I played Warband/PoP, but on taleworlds.com you can find the PoP section and ask there as well. A ton of resources to mod PoP too if you want.
Glad to hear it is as I remembered. By far the best mod I've played. I do suggest looking up tweaks for PoP to speed up honor troops as I remember they only became useful after I'd fought every major army/faction.
