Stuttering
Every five seconds or so FPS drops from 60 to 58-57 and goes back up to 60. It might not seem much it really hurts my eyes. It would have been fine if it happened once in a while but it just keeps happening all the time. I really need some help, reducing the battle size and turning down the graphics didn't help

RTX 2060

Ryzen 5 2600

16 GB Ram

1) update gfx card driver
2 Try to verify game integrity
3) Reinstall PoP
4) if those don't work, reinstall entire game then PoP again.

I had stuttering in some games before, turns out it was the HDD that came with my asus ROG laptop. After I bought an m.2 nvme SSD and transferred all my games there, the stuttering disappeared permanently.
