Whole map for chapter 1?

i'm not sure about whole map, but i can export stuff like chairs, tables, ink machine etc.

Whole map should be easy the entire thing only has one texture thats repeated multiple times so it would be easy to make the maps and the props should be easy as well because all you have to do is make them in blender witch is a really easy program you can use so here is the solution when you learn how to use blender or when somebody else does

you could divide each room from the game and put it into an room pack,that helps you not spend 1 week on a map
