It doesn't work.
I can't get this pill pack to work without my game crashing as soon as I click on a character

I assume your game's model settings been set on medium or lower.
These models were made without Level of Details in mind (we didn't make them), so they only work in High Quality settings.

If it's not the cause of your problem, then it is probably an addon corruption.
