No City State selection in multiplayer possible.
Wanted to create a multiplayer game on TSL Earth and exclude some City States, but i can´t click on the "City States Selection" option. It sais i have to update the GamePlay database, which i did in the single player creation menu with the "Load Database" option. But when i go back to creating the multiplayer match, i still can´t access the City State Selection. Any help?

Whatever I select the City States included on the map are never the ones in the selection, whichever selection method I use (exclusion list or must include). So same issue here.

@lozano, they have added city state selection to base game so you shouldn't need this mod anymore

It work not on all maps, on some it's dissappear. For example TSL Earth, and some side custom maps too.. For example i tried Moda's Earth maps and it not work there.
