Error placing city state = infinite turn #1 ?
hello, to update on my previous comment, which i thought was not a bug, i am going to post the lua.log thing here.

im not the best at reading things but at the bottom it stopped, saying something about an issue placing player #50, which i believe is yerevan city state according to earlier in the log. this would make sense, because when i click "finish turn" at the end of my first turn, it says an unmet city state is defeated, but then nothing else happens. forever. it just has an infinite turn. in my comment on the main page i said it was 16 minutes, well i sat and waited to see what happens and it got to 35 minutes lol. then i decided to quit out, tried a few things, nothing worked.

not sure what to do to resolve this but any help is appreciated.

Hello @Gedemon i looked into the map in world builder and found this

that picture shows that plot 160,27 is part of pantanal wonder. I believe this is caused by Yerevan not being able to go to its TSL location (which is armenia or some ♥♥♥♥) and it tries to place it here. my setting has that everyone enforces TSL. i'll try a game without that setting on and see what happens.

Update- that is what caused the problem. perhaps the mod can be updated so that if civ or city state are unable to settle on the tile they're placed they just move one tile over or something.

Thanks for the logs and reports !

I'll check the code for Starting Position replacement when TSL are not available, it shouldn't select a position where you can't place a city.
