For some reason whenever I load up a game on the modded earth maps I will at random points, when I meet people have to go through the entire game where they stay completely neutral to me, it's not even in a specific era either. No clue if anyone else is having this problem or if anyone knows how to fix it but it's becoming a big problem since I literally cant have Allies and can barely get anything out of trade deals....so yeah if anyone can help with that I'd appreciate it ;-;
