Here is a little video that I made to demonstrate it.

Note that the video is recorded with 30 fps with microsoft gamebaroverlay and I started it right after entering the world, so if it appears laggy it´s mostly the video and because the game still loads assets.
You can see my ingame fps on the bottom left side, so you get an idea what I meant with dropping fps.
Also note that there not even animals, so performance might become even worse when there are some wateranimals around.

Think i have fixed it :)

I was using the Genesis Post processing for the nice underwater it gave but it does lose 10 - 15fps compared to the island versions..So i swapped it back to the island and will update on Tuesday.
