I guess you may be a bit behind on the news. That's okay. Yeah the story goes that Valve has given the thumbs up to the Mayann update... Well basically. The deal is that they have announced that they will be doing a "jungle" update... So what I think that means is they are getting a bit more involved in the community update so that there is less drama and widening the theme so it isn't too percise to make items for. So with that said this set is submitted to the Jungle update and the frontline update.

I KNOW about the Jungle update! But, as far as I know, the Jungle update doesn't have ANYTHING to do with Mayann.
NOTE: I may be wrong, but that's what I've heard of.

EDIT: ... I tried to see more about the Mayann project / Jungle (themed) update and now I know that Valve is not doing community updates.... sorry... I AM SO FREAKIN SAD RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!

Yeah don't be sad. Pretty much all Mayann stuff works in the Jungle update. I've updated all my stuff to have the jungle tag. So when the update hits sometime in the next few months... Hopefully my mayann stuff will get in.

Oh and Here's the article from valve about their Jungle update :) Note the 3rd paragraph that vaguely says the Mayann update stuff is good for the jungle update without saying it straight out.
