once in a vehicle, open the console with either the ACE interaction menu or vanilla scroll menu.
The radio has two modes: USB and AFM. USB mode allows you to pick songs, play, pause, stop and set the track time. AFM allows you to select a radio station. To change mode, click on the coresponding button. Double clicking an item from the list will select and play.
