Latest ARK update bug Tekbench?

Was working fine two days ago but yesterday I made armor for my friend that already learn from engrams but he can't use them.

Later today I made Tek Shield but could not equip it, now I can't craft element in Tekbench.

There is nothing that could possibly cause that to happen other than a bad installation from your side or the servers..
