skill d, you have to reach state >= 4, and finish the villager's quest, there are two quests of him.
and then you can find the npc to learn your skill d, every hero needs to find different 2-3 npcs.

skill f, you have to rech state >=7, and finish The Lord of Ice Palace's second quest, kill the invoker. then you can learn skill f from npcs. for skill f, all player can find the same npcs, but if you learn a skill f from one npc, the other players can not learn from this npc again.

for d
swordsman -> head disciple of shoushan (next to the guy to update state)
lancer -> head disciple of kunlun
mage-> one of the ladys in the ice palace
assasin -> men leader (guy from the quest for konwoll walled city)
other guy with sword(centaur) -> hunter

skill F missed one, the stone at heaven's gate.

Does anybody know what each of the F skill does when leveled up?

What I know is:
Head of ShuShan : Reset CD (active) + stats
Stone at Heaven's Gate : Increase armor and HP (active) + passive AoE damage % chance + stats
Fanwu Abbot : Insta reincarnation (procs like WK) + increase attack damage passive + stats

palace ice low hp freeze boss + very fast regen + stats ? i can't remember well

Meihu + 35% damage 5 sec + stats 20 sec CD

Got another one

Chiyou Descendant: Fast Regen (active, duration 5s) + Stats + AoE damage 5s (when leveled up) + HP (when leveled up)

PA Mysterious man (Lian Yun), fork road be4 fighting wind beast, Give Invulnerable skill (D), 5s 25s CD, best for him i think, make u negate all damage recieved, doesnt negate effect tho (stun freeze etc so beware).

I managed to get it (Mysterious Man) once, never seen after that, do you remember the hero you used ?
