Stats
I have some ideas for the stats of the Pool Noodle & Water Balloon (I think that's what the noodle hits).

* The Water Balloon has a 100% chance to slow down enemies by 15% and can hit multiple foes.
* 25% Fire Resistance
* -25% Damage Penalty
* You can be affected by the effects of the Water Balloon if you hit yourself with it.

Perhaps you guys could also make a sound effect for the balloon, so it doesn't sound like it crinkles like a bauble or smashes like a jar.

heres some stats


*On hit mad milk will splash on taget
*the closer the hit shorter the time the milk will last

*really really far away 30 seconds

*far 25 seconds seconds

*a bit away 20 seconds

*a bit close 15 seconds

*close 10 seconds

*really realy close 5 seconds

*noddle will have a 30% damage penalty

*but swing 30% faster


and thats all I can think of

as for the water ballon its just a reskin of the mad milk
