Does not work!
Works fine for me. Some other mods you have installed are causing a conflict. One known example is Mr Meeseeks, or anything generated by Modrequire[redd.it].

How to fix:
  • Try disabling other mods until you find the one causing the conflict. Use binary search to do it faster if you have too many of them installed.
  • Paste your log.txt file found in ..\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+\ to pastebin.com and link it here.

Oh no, I love your mod and mr meseeks mod! I will have to look at this tomorrow as your mod is very useful.

Mr Meeseeks was added in one of the booster packs, so you should just unsubscribe from the workshop version. Being subscribed to it is likely to break other mods too.
