A way to craft shot shells or ammuntion perhaps?
Sticks, rope, and cloth to make a solar still that slowly produces water.
Rainbarrel+campfire+corn = methanol still (produces fuel)
Wire+batteries= electric fence

But this item was alreally had recipe...
1x Metal sheets + blowtorch(tool) = 2 Metal bar
3 Metal bar = 1x wire
2x wire = 1x barbedwire
