fires bombs that explode like potions in minecraft, %50 less clip size, %50 faster firing and reloading.

My idea

+50% charge speed
+Projectile will penetrate enemy players
-75% Clip size
-No knockback
-No random critical hits

My stats based on Clunk's:

+30% Reload speed.
+10% Projectile speed.
+ Explosion will destroy projectiles.
+The longer you hold the fire button down, the longer it takes for the bomb to explode.
-75% Clip size.
-No knockback.
-No random critical hits.
-10% Slower movement speed.

-50% Explosion radius
-25% Firing speed

I think it should be

Fires three small pellets that explode on contact for one shot
+25% faster reload speed
-50% smaller blast radius
-99% smaller clip (1 shot)
-25% less accurate
+pellets have chance to shoot out up to 3 smaller pellets that deal small amounts of damage
+15 + maximum health

I think this be allright because it would be able be used in most gametypes like payload offensive the expolde on it would allow fast attacks and slpiting would deal extra knockback and damage and defensive would be that + healtsmaller pellets would be harder to see sooo yeah thats my stats for this gun.

Grenades have very little bounce and roll
+7% explosion radius
-10% damage on grenades that explode on timer
stats could be
+summons a bit of a smoke screen which disables buildings and hide you (unless the building is wrangled its disabled)
-10% fire rate
Grenades explode on contact with ANYTHING except air

but that sounds like a better lock and load. Comeon people make this its own gun not a upgraded verson of another.

what about this then
Okay guy's let's keep it cool put simple:
+60% projectile speed
+10% damage
-25% explosion radious
-40% reload speed

I just really want a direct hit for demoman....
