This is how the ark devs implemented the ceilings snapping to foundations.

I know but I thought your mod adjust the alignment as well just like what s+ does. Ive been looking for s+ alternative for ages until I found this and it looks very promising but if that is not what you plan in doing then I guess there is nothing i can do :(

Those are original snapping points of ceilings which were designed by devs. Why? Because in original concept, you can put thatch ceiling on a wood foundation to create a "cozy" and "soft" and maybe "warm" look for your floor, or your indoor dino coop / pen. And I've seen many people having thatch ceiling placed on wooden foundation before.

I second this. Honestly, this is why I came to this mod in the first place, S+ just does too much. I figure I'll have to just do with using foundations only, but this would be amazing if you could align them. I use to place ceilings on foundations to get it all level, but now that's broken or removed.
