does Raising a wyvern still require milk from a female. that you have to knock out in the wild

Yes that's correct, they are vanilla wyverns.

This one is closest to my question i guess. i finally managed after hours of raiding to get a few 150 eggs. I Raised a beautiful 150 toxic wyvern female of it. Are the Wyverns able to breed??

No, Wyverns can't breed. These are vanilla Wyverns and that's how the devs made them :) You always need to steal the eggs from the wild and raise them.
