hello, how do i select 7th, and 8th (they are standing on the back) sqad mamber to equip them on briefing screen, just before mission?
and also after mission, is there a way to promote them on mission summary screen?

Mods in workshop let you use wider screen selections etc. You do promotions in the barracks screen
