changing amount of utility items
okay, so I was able to increase my timers (from 12 to 18 and from 8 to 12) but I changed the slot number to 3 and I still only have one utility slot
Here's the info I was drawing from: (Loso)

navigate to your Documents/My Games/XCOM 2/XComGame/Config and open XComGameData_CharacterStats.ini,
under [Soldier X2CharacterTemplate], change the value of CharacterBaseStats[eStat_UtilityItems] to any number
I have it changed to 6 Slots ;-)

Follow the Instructions and feel free to edit your Slots... ;-)

Edit: You can Equip only One Type of Grenades! (Exception is the Grenadier with 2 different Types At the same time)
