Yeah, this is another complaint about a bug, but this is not the usual "uhhh so I'm stuck and I can't do the avatar autopsy" where you have to complete all the objectives, no -- I've done all the objectives, but my list won't move because the objectives list *is* bugged. It's telling me to make contact with Western US when I've already made contact with them. Yet the objective in the list won't go away, telling me that it's incomplete. I've already installed a repeater in that zone and everything, yet nothing happened, what do I do now? I worked so freaking hard to not get ♥♥♥♥ed by the avatar project that I'd rather not start up again because of a ♥♥♥♥ing bug. Done all the objectives, the only one left is the one where I have to make contact with Western US , apart from the one which tells me to do the Avatar autopsy.
