[Feature Request] Show Psi strength on Rookies in Recruitment Screen
After researching Psionics, you can view the latent Psionic strength of Rookies, but not in the recruitment screen.

It would help to know who to recruit for Psi-operatives, if I could see how much latent strength they had (like other stats).
