Coil Gun Seperate Mod for Vanilla
I love some of the content that is added with Long War. The coilgun model looks very cool, and I would love to see it ported it over in a seperate mod for vanilla. It would be nice if more of the things in Long War would get ported for people who want to play vanilla.

Really? I feel like long war isn't for everyone. Personally I don't like it as much as modded vanilla.

After having to play like 30 "Kill the Faceless Missions" in LW2 I was starting to drool out of the corner of my mouth and have a constant 1000 mile stare. Modded Vanilla for now. I do not like drool in any way shape or form.

I second this; while I find Long War 2 to be an amazing rework of the game I find that, for the moment, I'm enjoying my modded vanilla. The only request I would make is to make coil guns the top tier weapons; like in the original Xenonauts where mankind eventually designed weapons that were better then the Aliens had.

pavonis has already said they're done making mods for xcom2 outside of long war 2.
