Rocket Scatter for Blaster Bomb?
My technical apparently has rocket scatter when using the blaster launcher (up to 2 tiles), made obvious by the red numbers (they remain on the screen though) while my grenadier doesn't give any rocket scatter when using the blaster launcher. Is the guantlet mark 3 suppose to have rocket scatter while the War Suit blaster launcher does not?

If your Technician did not take the skill that increases the accuracy then yep. The Blaster Launcher is just as bad on the War Suits
