Does anyone know how much dodge the Elite Officer has on Veteran Difficulty? I had my shinobi fleche one with the following statistics: 142% hit chance and 152% crit chance and only managed to graze the ♥♥♥♥er. I'm using the compatible Katanas mod in addition to Long War 2. I'm appalled by this graze system to the point of just wanting to rid of it completely.
