...so I'm very confused. My Assault picked up Serial from the AWC and of course I grabbed it, very excited. But in a mission I just used serial, blue-moved forward, shot a MEC in the back for the kill. I expected to then have two actions to move and shoot; instead I only have 1 action left and I don't quite understand, because afaik snapshot snipers can move-and-shoot, move-and-shoot. Is it because it refunds a # of actions corresponding to your weapon? So since the sniper rifle usually takes 2 actions to fire, it refunds 2 actions?
