But ... there is also an ingame way reagrding will, if you give your soldiers the PCS that adds Will to their stats, dont know its english name.
Not a real good solution for LW2, cause mostly when you get that PCS in masses most of your characters are already beyond that point they panic for every fart ... but for having rookies in your squad for training it helps.
And I totally understand what you mean, I also often did think ... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this is a kind of marine ... and he panics cause he broke his little fingers nail ... but not the only thing in LW2 that is a bit ... well lets say it this way ... one can also exaggerate.
Did not get you, do you mean you have not enough missions, or too much?
If its too much ... the thing you really shouldnt do in LW2 is, take every mission, a core part of it is to choose missions wisely ...
