When I complete the Advent Blacksite mission, I get all the right end of mission messages and access to the blacksite vial project, but the game still thinks I need to do the blacksite mission, every time I unlock another region, Central tells me we can now assault the blacksite. Completing the vial research does nothing. The only mods I have installed are cosmetic squad items. Does anyone know how to get past this bug?
