Sometimes when I use haywire protocol on enemy units, the effects of trojan don't trigger or appear at all. I've tried seeing if Trojan would trigger if I hacked an Advent Hunter Drone but it never did. Advent Mecs sometimes do trigger it but not always. Nothing in the description says it has a chance to not trigger, nor mention that some enemies are immune to it.
