With today (September 10) update the game crashes. If you have the two angel's key pieces and then you destroy an angel statue the game crashes, it doesn't even start the fight. It wasn't happening before today's (September 10) update and the mod always worked for me without issues.
Looking into comments (that were before the update) I saw people saying that the mod wasn't working for them and the fix was that they have to delete or comment a line in the mod, and I saw a comment saying that there is another mod exactly like this mod but with the fix done. I tried that mod too hopping that maybe it works but no, the game still crashes if you destroy an angel statue holding the two angel's key pieces, it doesn't even do the fight I think.
And the last update of this mod was September 26 2021, so I don't know if the mod developer is going to even see the comments, or this discussion or even update the mod.
Oh and if there is a log or something that I can look into and send to give more details about the crash that could help just tell me where I can find it and I can send it.
