I'm not sure if its a mod conflicting with this one or not, but whenever I try to start a war goal justification, the game crashes at the end of the day immediately following.

The mod shouldn't conflict with anything unless it's an overhaul of Alaska or Canada, but I would try turning off everything else but Hundland and see what happens. I tried testing it on 2 different computers and it worked just fine.
