Cant find Primevils?

I'm currently playing on the center, with Pugnacia and Parados. I have the ascension portal, and still cant find and spawning. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, they spawn the first time i placed the ascension portal, then they stopped spawning now. tried more than one ini setting to fix that doesn't seem to work anymore
