Pugnacia tranq ini settings
Hi
Does anyone know how i change the ini settings for the Pugnacia tranq arrows?

I read it can be done but I cant find how?
I wish to increase the power of them as they are too weak for my liking :)
I had to use 25 blue ones to knock out a raptor and it still didnt work.
