Hello i am in need of some help. I am having an over spawn of the ceol fish on my server. I am on the crystal isles map if that's anything. I have tried editing the game.ini files too. No success i have managed to stop otters and pegos but not the darn fish. It's only happening in the pond where the cherry blossom trees are (where the otters would normally spawn).

I have seen some people say that classic flyers cause over spawn?. i have tried everything though. any ideas? any information and help would be appreciated.
