Karkinos Overspawn on the island
I have the below in my GUS.ini and after wiping I am still getting 1500+ karkinos spawns there are huge packs of like 5-12 circumnavigating the entire island other than the ice zone were there are smaller packs of 2 or 3. Is the code wrong or is there anyother work around to limit their numbers?

Also for some reason the blueprint path in the pug guide book is for the abberant iguanadon instead of the karkinos.

For anyone running into this problem, i found a short fix by not using the gus settings, and just using the Ark server manager dino settings. I set the spawn multiplier and spawn limit to 0.01 on both, and i now have about 260 karkinos on the island.

I don't think I can use that on a dedicated server, if i do not sure how. Could you explain or do you mean singleplayer/non-dedicated?

Ark server manager is what most people use to run their ark servers. Its very helpful, and has almost every option you could want.Just google it, and it will pop up quickly. You can edit the dino rates, under the dino section.
