I have managed to nab and breed myself to high level brood mothers. Unfortunately, when in comes to hatching, the babies instantly kill me and I can not get close enough to imprint it. I always have to end up killing it because I can't get close enough with out a tame. I checked my ini files but I'm not seeing anything in the settings to help me fix it. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried different outfits (ghillie/riot/hazmat/tek/volcanic) and none of those stopped me from being annihilated upon hatching.
